Amenities:
Gas, heat, electric, water, sewage, and trash are all conveniently included with the rent at Argos Garden Court. Laundry facilities are located inside the building as is the spacious Community Room and the interior-accessed mail boxes. Our residents find the Community Room relaxing and comfortable and they frequently take advantage of the numerous social and recreational events held there.

Residents at Argos Garden Court enjoy a busy schedule of activities. On the third Thursday of every month, the residents sample a variety of dishes at the Potluck dinner held in the Community Room. Residents gather daily to have a coffee break at 2:00 PM. Birthday parties are held every month for all residents celebrating a birthday within that month. Please consult our calendar of events for a more complete listing of activities at Argos Garden Court. In the spring, many residents assist in the planting of flowers around the outside of the building and, in December, Real Estate Management hosts a Holiday celebration for all residents. Martin’s Supermarket and Older Adult Services team up to provide one free round trip per week, Monday-Friday, to Martin’s so residents can do their grocery shopping.

Argos Garden Court is on the ground floor and has 23 thoughtfully designed one-bedroom units; 3 of which are handicap accessible. Square footage averages around 540 square feet.

Location:
Argos Garden Court is located on 16th Road, ½ mile east of highway 31, in Argos. The public library, post office and grocery are within a short distance of the apartments. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is located in Plymouth, which is 8 miles away. Martin’s Supermarket and Kroger’s are also 8 miles away in Plymouth, along with People’s Drug Store, CVS, WalGreen’s, K-Mart, WalMart and many other shops in the area.

Rental Requirements:
We ask that applicants to Argos Garden Court complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit check, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents must meet income guidelines and rental criteria.

Rental Rates:
Rents are based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income. Please contact our rental office and speak with our friendly and knowedgeable staff for annual income limits.

Directions:
From U.S. 31, turn east onto 16th Road for ½ mile and the property is located on the north side of 16th Road, just west of Michigan Street in Argos.
