Bremen Village Apartments  

Amenities:
All apartments at Bremen Village are carpeted, except for the bathrooms and kitchen floors, which have easy-to-clean tile. All apartments come with mini-blinds for the windows and vertical blinds for the patio doors. All kitchens are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal and either a small balcony or patio. The apartments have central air conditioning and are cable ready. Each resident has one assigned parking space, located in front of their building.

Bremen Village also has a smaller building on-site which includes the rental office as well as a spacious Community Room and a convenient coin-operated laundry facility. The Community Room is available to residents for parties, showers and meetings.

Bedrooms & Floorplans:
Bremen Village offers 32 one-bedroom/one bath units with 650 square feet and 16 two-bedroom/one bath units with 840 square feet.

Location:
Bremen Village is located on the east side of Bremen across from Bremen Health Care and next to Bremen Parks Apartments. The site is located on approximately 10 acres across the street from Jane's Park and the soccer fields. Our apartments are bordered by single-family homes located on the north and west side of the property. Bremen Healthcare Center is located across the street (east) and downtown Bremen is just ¾ of a mile to the west of the property. Residents at Bremen Village find it convenient that the Elementary, Middle and High Schools and Woodies Supermarket are less than a mile to the west. The pharmacy, Bremen Community Clinic and other retail stores are 1.4 miles (west). The Community Family Physicians and the Senior Center are under 2 miles away and the Bremen Community Hospital is located less than a mile to the west.

Rental Requirements:
We ask that applicants complete a rental application packet. This includes an application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, landlord verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents must meet the income guidelines and rental criteria for Bremen Village. Please contact our helpful site manager for details on the income limits.

Rental Rates:
Rent is based on income. All resident households will pay 30 percent of their adjusted income as rent; or 10 percent of the gross family income. Please call our rental office for more information.

Directions:
From US 6, turn onto Douglas Rd. Cross the railroad tracks and turn left onto Highway 331. You will make a the first right onto Woodies Lane. Bremen Village Apartments is located on the right hand side of road.
