Leisure Living Apartments is a quiet and pleasant 32-unit apartment community located in Milford, Indiana (in Kosciusko County). Residency at Leisure Living is available to those 62 years of age or older or disabled (with no age restrictions).

Amenities:
Water, trash and 24-hour emergency maintenance service are all economically included with the rent at Leisure Living. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in each building and Leisure Living 1 offers washer and dryer hookups within each apartment. Both buildings provide a pleasant and comfortable Community Room for residents leisure.

Bedrooms & Floorplans:
Leisure Living consists of 26 one-bedroom apartments of approximately 760 sq. ft., and 6 two-bedroom apartments of approximately 850 sq. ft.

Location:
Milford, IN, is located on Indiana State Road #15, approximately halfway between Goshen, IN and Warsaw, IN, and is just a few miles south of US 6.

Milford has a very fine library that is approximately 2 ½ blocks away, at the edge of the downtown area. There is a community building in downtown Milford that hosts various events and meetings, including the Milford Senior Citizens monthly meeting.

Van transportation for seniors to go to the doctor or shopping is available in Milford at least one day a week through the Kosciusko Community Senior Services in Warsaw.

Rental Requirements:
Leisure Living Apartments always accepts applications for its very popular apartment community. The application includes a landlord verification, credit check, police check and other articles that may pertain to the application process.

Rental Rates:
Our residents must meet the income guidelines and rental criteria as established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rent is determined to be at 30% of the resident's adjusted monthly income.

Directions:
Leisure Living is located east of SR 15 on E. Catherine Street, in Milford. Turn east at the Dollar General Store (Catherine St.) on SR 15, and proceed east through the downtown area (Main Street), cross the railroad, and approximately 2 blocks farther east you will see the Leisure Living Apartment sign on the north side of E. Catherine Street.
