Madison Apartments is a two-story building apartment community, located in downtown South Bend, Indiana. The community provides affordable housing for residents referred by Madison Center.

Madison Apartments offers convenient on-site laundry facilities and a game and recreation room for resident's enjoyment. Residents frequently gather in the lounge area to socialize.

Madison Apartments is conveniently located in downtown South Bend near the river and next to Madison Center Hospital. St. Joseph Regional Medical Center is only two blocks east and Memorial Hospital is just across the river.

Rental Requirements:
Residents living at Madison Apartments must meet income requirements and be referred by Madison Center.

Rental Rates:
Rental rates are based on fair market rents as established by HUD; 30% of adjusted monthly income.
