Madison Group Home (Metcalf House) is an 8-bed group home community on the northwest side of downtown South Bend, Indiana. The home is sponsored by Madison Center and Hospital and provides a structured atmosphere in support of its residents.

Amenities:
All utilities are generously included in the rent at Metcalf House. The house has eight spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Each resident has their own closet, dresser and under-the-bed storage. The house offers a large kitchen and dining area as well as two living rooms for the residents to enjoy. The large, wooded, fenced-in back yard has a grill for barbecuing and a picnic area. The neighboring meadow flowers during the spring and summer and is home to small wildlife.

Bedrooms & Floorplans:
Metcalf House has four roomy bedrooms with two residents to each bedroom. The house also has three full bathrooms, two living rooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area and a laundry room for residents' convenience.

Location:
Metcalf House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to downtown South Bend and is within walking distance of the bus route, grocery store, several city parks and the senic St. Joseph River. Residents enjoy walks along the river and their peaceful backyard and front porch.

Rental Requirements:
Residents at Metcalf House are actively participating in Madison Center's Semi-Independent Living Program. They also fall within The Department of Housing and Urban Development's very low income guidelines.

Rental Rates:
Rental rates are based on income; approximately 30% of adjusted monthly income.
