Gateway Apartments is a three-story apartment community centrally located in downtown South Bend, Indiana with 21 1-bedroom and 4 2-bedroom apartments. The community welcomes residents who are referred by Madison Center and provides affordable housing to meet their needs.

Wall-to-wall carpeting is found throughout the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchens have attractive easy-to-care-for tile flooring. Many apartments at Gateway have been recently renovated and feature new carpeting, tile and showers.

Gateway Apartments offers convenient on-site laundry facilities and a community room for resident's recreation. Residents frequently gather in the lounge area to socialize.

Residents living at Gateway Apartments must meet income requirements and be referred by Madison Center.

Rental Rates:
Rental rates are based on fair market rents as established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development; 30% of the resident's adjusted monthly income.
