Amenities:
Gas, heat, electric, water, sewage, and trash are all included with your rent at Bourbon Garden Court. We offer our residents a convenient on-site laundry facility and sunny Community Room for activities and gatherings. Residents' mailboxes and an outgoing mailbox can all be found inside the building.

Residents at Bourbon Garden Court keep busy with the fun events that are available. Many meet for coffee daily at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Room and, on Saturdays, the residents take part in the popular Bingo game. There are also Potluck Dinners each month and frequent card games. In the spring, many residents enjoy planting flowers around the outside of the building. There is also a patio area for residents to relax and a pretty view of the countryside. Martin’s Supermarkets and Older Adult Services provide one free round trip per week, Monday-Friday to Martin’s for our residents to do their grocery shopping.

Bourbon Garden Court is a ground-floor building with 22 available units. Our apartments are one-bedroom and we offer 3 thoughtfully-designed handicap accessible units. Square footage averages around 540 square feet.

Location:
Bourbon Garden Court is located on Florence Street, 2 blocks west of Highway 331, in Bourbon. The public library and post office are within a short distance of the apartments and the fire department is located around the corner. Bourbon Pharmacy and First State Bank of Bourbon are located just 1 mile south of the community, along with Ruth’s Diner, Stub’s Hardware, and a local convenience store. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is just located 12 miles away. Martin’s Supermarket and Kroger’s are in Plymouth, along with People’s Drug Store, CVS, Walgreen’s, K-Mart and WalMart, which are all approximately 12 miles from Bourbon.

Rental Requirements:
We ask that potential residents of Bourbon Garden Court fill out a rental application packet. The packet includes: an application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Applicant must meet income guidelines and rental criteria.

Rental rates:
Rents are based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income. Please contact our rental office and speak with our friendly and knowedgeable staff for annual income limits.

Directions:
From Plymouth, take highway 30 East 9 miles, turn South onto highway 331 travel 2 miles to Florence Street, Turn West. Follow Florence Street 2 blocks and the property is at the end of Florence Street.
