Garden Court Downtown is located on Garro Street, 3 blocks west of Michigan Street, in Plymouth. The public library, post office and neighborhood center are all within a short distance of the apartments and the fire department is located around the corner. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is located 1 ½ miles away. Martin’s Supermarket and Kroger’s are in town, along with People’s Drug Store, CVS, Walgreens, K-Mart and WalMart and many other shops in the area.

Rental Requirements:
We ask that our applicants complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents also meet income guidelines and rental criteria.

Rental Rates:
Rent is calculated at 30% of the resident's adjusted monthly income. Please contact our friendly staff in the rental office for annual income limits.

Directions:
From Highway 31, take 9A Road West. 9A Road will turn into Jefferson Street. Continue on Jefferson Street to Michigan Street, turn left (South). Follow Michigan Street to the 2nd stop light, this will be Garro Street, turn right (West). Follow Garro Street 3 blocks and the property is located at the corner of Garro Street and Walnut Street.

From Highway 30, take Oak Road South. Follow Oak Road to Lincoln Hwy (Family Express and Dairy Queen are at this intersection), turn left (East). Lincoln Hwy will turn into Jefferson Street. Follow Jefferson to Michigan Street, turn right (South). Follow Michigan Street to the 2nd Stop light, this will be Garro Street, turn right (West). Follow Garro Street 3 blocks and the property is located at the corner of Garro and Walnut Street.
