Neidlinger Garden Court  

Neidlinger Garden Court Apartments is a 41-unit apartment complex located on the east side of Plymouth, Indiana. Built in 1996, Neidlinger Garden Court houses residents at least 62 years of age or older who meet the income requirements.

Neidlinger Garden Court offers its residents an on-site laundry facility, community room and interior mail boxes for resident convenience. Residents at Neidlinger Garden Court have a busy calendar of events!  The second Wednesday of every month the residents take part in a Potluck dinner, Coffee time is daily at 1:00 p.m. Cards are every evening at 5:30 p.m. with the exception of Tuesday where the residents play Bingo at 6:00 p.m. Healthforce of Indiana also perform blood pressure checks and blood sugar checks every 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. In the spring many residents assist in the planting of flowers around the outside of the building and in December Real Estate Management puts on a Christmas celebration for the residents. Martin’s Supermarket and Older Adult Services provide one free round trip per week, Monday-Friday to Martin’s to do grocery shopping.

Location
Neidlinger Garden Court is located on Berkley Street, ½ mile Northeast Jefferson Street, in Plymouth.  Martin’s Supermarket is just across the street from Neidlinger Garden Court. The public library, post office and People’s Drug Store are located just 2 miles into town. Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is also conveniently located approximately 4 miles from the apartments. A few other useful stores located in Plymouth are Kroger’s, CVS, WalGreen’s, K-Mart and Wal-Mart, and many other shops along the way.

Directions
From Highway 31, travel west on 9A Road, also known as Jefferson Street, turn North onto Columbus, then turn east onto Berkley Street. 

From Highway 30, travel South on Michigan Street to Jefferson Street, turn east, then turn North onto Columbus Street, and turn East onto Berkley Street.

The property is located on the North side of Berkley Street directly across from The Hurford House Apartments in Plymouth.

Rental Requirements
You must fill out a rental application packet, which includes: an application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Applicant must meet income guidelines and rental criteria.
