Knox Garden Court is a 24-unit, one-story apartment community located on a quiet, wooded street in Knox, Indiana. Our community welcomes residents 62 years of age or older with very low income.

Amenities:
Water, heat, gas, electric, garbage removal and 24-hour emergency maintenance service are all affordably included with the rent at Knox Garden Court. Laundry facilities, trash and mail services are all conveniently located inside the building. We offer a spacious Community Room for our frequent resident activities. Every bedroom and bathroom at Knox Garden Court has been equipped with pull cords for medical emergencies.

Knox Garden Court is located on a quiet street in a wooded area in Knox, just off of Williams Street.

Knox, Indiana is a small community with a lot to offer. Less than a mile from Knox Garden Court is convenient grocery shopping at Save-A-Lot and both Walgreen's and CVS can be found nearby. Starke Memorial Hospital is conveniently located across Highway 35, a mile west of Williams St. Beautiful Wythogen Park can be found just minutes from your doorstep.

Rental Requirements:
We ask that all of our applicants complete a rental application packet. Qualified applicants are 62 years of age or older and have very low income. The Department of Housing and Urban Development has defined very low income as being less than 50% of the median family income.

Rental Rates:
Rent at Knox Garden Court is based on a resident's income and is approximately 30% of the adjusted monthly income.

From the intersection of SR 8 and Highway 35, proceed east on SR8 to Williams St. Turn north (Left) on Williams St. approximately 1 block and turn left (west) into the Knox Garden Court driveway.
