| Brad Toothaker, CPM, SIOR - President and CEO | |

Brad Toothaker earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a member institute of the National
Association of Realtors (NAR). Brad has been with Bradley Residential Management since 1996 and has served
as Chief Executive Officer since 2003. Brad is a graduate of University of
California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned a bachelor of science degree in
history and business administration. Brad served as president for the Michiana
area BOMA chapter in 1998, 1999 and 2000 and President for the Indiana
Commercial Board of Realtors in 2004; and was recently appointed to the
executive committee for the State of Indiana Chapter of the National Brownfield
Association. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is
a licensed real estate broker in the states of Michigan and Indiana. Brad has
served as president of the Madison Center Foundation from 2002 through 2004,
served on the executive committee for the Broadway Theater League Board, as a
volunteer for South Bend Symphony and the United Way, and has done consultation
for the Transpo Board, the Airport Authority Board and the YMCA. Through
previous experience in property management, Brad has gained an insightful and
broad based view of commercial real estate dynamics and an overall picture of
the services clients need. |

Robert Toothaker has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM©) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a member institute of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Bob has served as President of the local chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He has served as President of the Northern Indiana Chapter of IREM on three separate occasions. Mr. Toothaker completed a two-year term as Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management and served IREM as chairperson of the National AMO Committee. Currently, he serves as an international officer of the Institute of Real Estate Management as president for the 2007 term. He is a charter member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and was elected Realtor of the Year by the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors in 2004. He is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Toothaker holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Illinois State University. |

Having joined the Bradley Residential Management and CBRE | Bradley team as a Vice President and Partner, Bryse Toothaker brings added depth within the residential management division adding a key role for future growth. He will also focus his efforts on the multifamily residential investment property sales. He brings a comprehensive background in market and financial analysis, investor sourcing and business development, representing a wide range of investors including REITS, institutions, private capital and 1031 exchange buyers. Bryse comes to the company from CBRE, Inc.’s Chicago downtown office, where he specialized in the representation of multi-housing owners and investors. He was a member of CBRE's Multi-Housing Group with an exclusive focus on properties in Illinois, Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. During his nine-year tenure with CBRE, he was involved in over $500 million worth of apartment transactions. Bryse holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Notre Dame, as well as real estate salesperson licenses in Indiana, Michigan and Illinois. He is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). |

| Merlin J. Bellinger - Vice President | |

Merlin J. Bellinger joined Bradley Residential Management and CBRE | Bradley in 2010 as Vice President and Partner. In this role, he is involved in the business development and management of the Commercial Property Management division of CBRE | Bradley. Prior to joining the firm, Merlin was with General Growth Properties which own and operate over 200 shopping centers in 45 states. At General Growth, Merlin served as Development Manager overseeing the project and financial management of shopping center creation, expansion and renovation projects throughout midwestern, southern and southwestern states. Prior to his role as a Development Manager, Merlin served as an analyst in the financial services department working on development analysis, asset management, corporate reporting and performing transaction due diligence on property refinancing and construction loans. Merlin also has experience as a 401(k) plan administration consultant for Merrill Lynch & Hewitt Associates. In this position he worked on monthly plan reconciliations, statement production and plan Web site enhancements for clients in the consulting, advertising and oil industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate from Depaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Indiana and is a board member of the Studebaker National Museum Board of Trustees. |

| Joe Candella - Executive Vice President, Asset Services | |

Joe Candella joined Bradley Residential Management and CBRE | Bradley in
2011 as Executive Vice President, Asset Services. In this role, he oversees the
commercial property management and maintenance departments. He also provides
consultation in other areas of business including residential and
accounting. Joe is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and holds a
bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at
Chicago.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe served in various roles at Eliason, Inc., a national Tenancy-in-Common (TIC) Investments and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) Interests sponsor. This real estate investment and services firm specializes in
acquisition, financing, leasing, management and sales. In Joe’s role, he worked
as Chief Operating Officer where he provided direction for the company’s
operations including property management, asset management, accounting and
acquisitions.

Kara K. McGuire is the Vice President of Operations for Bradley Residential Management. She joined the company in May of 1997. She has her bachelor's degree from Ferris State University, where she majored in business. Kara holds an Indiana Real Estate salesperson license. As Vice President of Operations, Kara is in charge of quality control of company processes and works on many special projects, including property refinances and grant writing. Kara serves as a contact for both ownership and HUD for properties that are in the development stage. Kara is also responsible for overseeing all human resources and information technology within the organization, and plays an integral role in the operations and management of the company. Kara also serves as Vice President of Operations of CBRE | Bradley, a sister company. |

| Jamie Ruiz - Managing Director, Financial and Asset Services | |

As Managing Director, Financial and Asset Services, Jamie manages all aspects of our commercial, industrial and retail properties, including operations and financial activities, for a portfolio that includes multiple commercial and industrial buildings totaling over 2.8 million million square feet. Jamie supervises the planning, budgeting and control of operating the properties, along with performing regular inspections of the properties as well as recommending and directing alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of the properties as necessary. Jamie has more than six years of experience in property management. In this role, she is responsible for financial operations ranging from financial reports to budgeting and forecasting. Furthermore, Jamie also plays a role within the commercial property management division of the CBRE | Bradley, along with its sister company, Bradley Residential Management, on an asset management level, maintaining certain key client relationships and general supervision of financial and broad operating matters related to the properties. Jamie also oversees the property accounting department. |

Brian D. Harding, COS serves as Managing Director, Business Development. Brian joined Bradley Residential Management in 2006 following 17 years in the healthcare administration field. Brian received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Health Care Administration from Indiana University in South Bend. He is a Chamber Leadership Program graduate who volunteers his time at many local organizations, most significantly the Northern Indiana Center for History where he has served ten years as a Trustee including five terms as President of the Board. Brian is a licensed salesperson in the State of Indiana and has earned the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation from the National Center for Housing Management. He has also earned the Tax Credit Compliance Specialist designation from Indiana Quadel and is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). |

Rodney J. Ludwig, CPM, COS, CFM serves as Bradley Residential Management’s Managing Director of Affordable Housing, and is responsible for the financial management and compliance component of the residential portfolio of managed properties. Rod graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, having worked over six years for the Internal Revenue Service and an additional three years in public accounting, specializing in taxation. Rod is a great asset to the budgeting and reporting process for the residential properties managed by the company. Rod is also an Indiana real estate licensee, and has obtained the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and Tax Credit Specialist designations from the National Center for Housing Management. Rod has also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). |

Brian Miller joined Bradley Residential Management and CBRE | Bradley in 2011 as the Director of Facilities for Bradley Maintenance Services. In this role, he oversees the commercial maintenance and facility management department through the management of day-to-day work flow and all processes of facility management and construction projects for 3.5 million square feet. Additionally, he directs the research and analysis of business opportunities in pursuance of assessing potential markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Michigan State University. Prior to joining the firm, Brian spent six years as the Vice President of Operations for Weiss Homes, where he was responsible for overall daily management of operations, construction, customer service and land development. Prior to that role with Weiss, he worked as their Vice President of Construction and Construction/Production Manager.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Residential Property Management with a Minor in Marketing from Ball State University. Before joining REMC, she worked as a property manager for several large, conventional apartment communities such as McKinley Residential and CAMCO, Inc. |

Her years of experience in property management are one of many assets that she brings with her to the REMC team. Tara primarily works on location at the properties she oversees including Candlewood and Georgetown Apartments. She holds an Associate Degree in Business from Indiana University South Bend. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a Multi-Site Property Manager with In Good Company. She holds several professional real estate designations including: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Public Housing Manager Certification (PHM), and an Indiana Real Estate Salesperson License. In 2007 she was the recipient of the “Most Units Rented” Award from the Equity Property Management Awards. |
